**Metro Nashville Police Deliver Christmas Cheer to Families in Need**

NASHVILLE & DAVIDSON COUNTY, TN – The Metropolitan Nashville Police Department (MNPD) kicked off their annual Christmas Basket deliveries today with the help of officers, their families, local businesses, and community partners. More than 150 motorcycles and 100 scooters took to the streets to deliver baskets filled with food and goods for families in need across the Nashville area.

This effort, supported by Boswell's Harley-Davidson owners and other local businesses, has become a yearly event and a cherished tradition. The baskets not only include food for people, but also for their pets, ensuring that no one is left out this holiday season.

The initiative is part of the Metro Police Christmas Charities program, which garners support from numerous members of the community. MNPD expressed their gratitude, acknowledging that such efforts would not be successful without the collective support from officers, friends, and area businesses.

This morning's deliveries highlight the spirit of giving that the holidays inspire, as the department worked to bring joy and assistance to Nashville families.
