Garner Road Lane Reduction Due to Construction
Staff Report /
**South Valley Construction Update: Garner Road Reduced to One Lane**
Residents and visitors in the South Valley area of Albuquerque, New Mexico, should be aware of ongoing construction on Garner Road SW near the Arenal Canal. As part of a culvert replacement project, this section of the road has been reduced to a single lane.
The construction comes during the holiday season when many people travel through the area to enjoy festive lights and displays in the Garner neighborhood. Authorities are urging motorists to exercise caution, remain patient, and share the road to ensure everyone's safety.
Stay alert while traveling in the area, and have a happy and safe holiday season!
