Healthcare Partnership Connects Students to Job Opportunities

Staff Report / sanlocal.org

The Central Texas Healthcare Partnership, in collaboration with Workforce Solutions, is focused on connecting individuals to job opportunities in the healthcare sector. This initiative involves partnerships with local healthcare employers to train and employ a skilled workforce essential for the industry.

One of the educational partners in this effort is Fairfield University. Kaitlyn Faulk, a nursing student at Fairfield University’s Austin campus, shared her aspirations in the nursing field. She stated, “Everyone should have someone who lights up the dark path for them ... As a nurse, I will be that source of light for patients who have lost hope and faith.”
