This initiative involves partnerships with local healthcare employers to train and employ a skilled workforce essential for the industry.

One of the educational partners in this effort is Fairfield University. Kaitlyn Faulk, a nursing student at Fairfield University’s Austin campus, shared her aspirations in the nursing field. She stated, “Everyone should have someone who lights up the dark path for them ... As a nurse, I will be that source of light for patients who have lost hope and faith.”
