Wake County Seeks Input for 2025 Health Survey

Wake County residents are invited to participate in the 2025 Community Health Needs Assessment Survey, aimed at identifying health priorities to enhance the well-being of the community. The survey, organized by the Wake County Government, is available online at LiveWellWake.org.
Residents can share their opinions on the key health priorities in their community. The feedback collected will be reviewed to prioritize the identified needs for future improvements.
To participate, individuals are encouraged to complete the survey before the deadline of October 31. For more details, visit livewellwake.org/survey.
