Wake County Government in Raleigh, North Carolina, has introduced the new Eat. Well. Wake. box, which contains nutritious food options to support healthy eating for local families. The box includes a range of items such as:

- Canned Chicken Breast by Crider

- Stewed Tomatoes

- Campbell's Chicken Noodle Soup

- Pinto Beans from Bush's

- No Sugar Added Fruit Cocktail

- Original Macaroni & Cheese

- Pasta

- Fresh Milk

- Eggs

- Oranges

- Sweet Potatoes

- Zucchini

- Carrots

- Apples

To participate in this program, individuals must be patients at a #WakeCounty Northern Regional Center clinic and be referred by healthcare staff. More information about the program is available at the provided link.
