Apex Foundation Honors Two Apex Friendship Middle School Staff
The Apex Foundation in Apex, North Carolina, reports: It's Shoutout Tuesday.
This week focuses on two shoutouts at Apex Friendship Middle School.
Ms. Kelley Walker, AIG Coordinator, supports a diverse group of students while collaborating closely with staff to meet academic and social-emotional needs. She brings creativity, organization, and leadership to the AIG role, fostering an inclusive school culture. Through her work with PLTs, especially in Social Studies and ELA, she brings learning to life and creates meaningful, engaging experiences for students.
Ms. Brandi Dickerson, Bookkeeper, supports students with kindness and care, ensuring they feel welcomed, seen, and valued. Through her positive interactions with students, families, and staff, she helps foster a safe and inclusive school environment. During a time of front office transitions, she stepped up with leadership, flexibility, and teamwork, and she seamlessly moved into the bookkeeper role, making a meaningful impact on our school community.
