Wake County launches Paint the Parks: En Plein Air for 50th anniversary
Wake County Government in Raleigh, North Carolina, announced the launch of Paint the Parks: En Plein Air, an outdoor painting experience across its parks and preserves to celebrate 50 years of Wake County Parks, Recreation and Open Space.
Artists can pick their favorite Wake County park, register for a painting day and bring the beauty of the county’s natural spaces to life on canvas. Selected pieces may be featured in a traveling exhibit later this year.
