Wake County Schools Closed Monday Amid Winter Weather
Wake County Public Schools will be closed for students on Monday, December 8 due to inclement weather. The schools will use banked time for their calendars, and no make-up day is required. In addition, all athletic and extracurricular events scheduled for Monday have been canceled. Officials emphasized the decision was made to ensure the safety of students, staff, and families.
