My HealtheVet Changes: Veterans Need New Sign-In

**Changes Coming to My HealtheVet: Assistance Available for Veterans**

Starting March 4, 2025, veterans will no longer be able to sign in to the My HealtheVet (MHV) web portal using their MHV user ID and password. Additionally, the DS Logon sign-in option will be discontinued starting September 30, 2025. To continue accessing MHV services on VA.gov, veterans will need to use verified accounts through either ID.me or Login.gov.

To assist veterans with this transition, VA staff will be available at the Caldwell Community-Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) on March 13, 2025, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Veterans attending the session should bring the following:

- Identity verification documents such as a driver’s license, identification card, or Social Security card.

- Email and password information for account setup.

- A mobile device, if they have one.

These changes are part of updates to the MHV platform, ensuring a more secure and streamlined service for users. Veterans are encouraged to prepare in advance and attend the assistance session for support during the transition.
