**Houston Methodist Wellness Screenings at Towne Lake Set for January 28**

Residents of Towne Lake in Cypress, Texas, are invited to take part in a wellness screening event hosted by Houston Methodist Corporate Wellness. The event, scheduled for Tuesday, January 28, from 9 a.m. to noon, will be held in The Ballroom at 10000 Towne Lake Parkway.

This event offers a variety of health screening services, including a lipid and glucose fingerstick test, height, weight, and waist circumference measurements, blood pressure readings, and personalized results wellness coaching. As part of the process, participants are encouraged to fast for 8 to 10 hours before their scheduled appointment to ensure accurate readings. However, fasting is not mandatory, and individuals may drink water and continue taking prescribed medications as usual.
