Shanda McCloskey's Author Talk & Draw-Along Event

Author Shanda McCloskey will host an Author Talk & Draw-Along at the Alpharetta Library on Saturday, October 26, 2024. The event will feature two presentations: the first from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM titled "Robot Research," and the second from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM called "Words + Illustration = Magic."
McCloskey, known for her STEM-friendly books like "Doll-E" and "T-Bone the Drone," will engage children in grades K-5 with activities aimed at sparking their imagination and curiosity. McCloskey has a background as an art teacher before transitioning into book illustration.
