Atlanta Police Zone 4 officers responded to a report of downed wires near 727 Cascade Ave SW on June 8, 2026, the department said. Officers determined the wires had been intentionally cut and stolen.

Investigators obtained video footage of the incident and a description of the suspect vehicle. Officers later located the vehicle and conducted a traffic stop near 1661 Ralph David Abernathy Blvd SW.

During the stop, the occupants were identified as Mr. Clifton Jackson (DOB: 05/1964), Ms. Michele Ogletree (DOB: 07/1968), and Mr. Willie Noltion (DOB: 04/1963). Officers recovered the stolen wire from the vehicle.

All three suspects were charged with Felony Theft by Taking and Felony Interference with Government Property. They were transported to the Fulton County Jail without incident.

The department said the arrests and photos are public information and that an arrest does not mean a person has been or will be convicted. The department said individuals are presumed innocent until proven guilty by a court of law.
