Phoenix Fire Department Announces New Station Developments

The Phoenix Fire Department has made several announcements regarding the development of new fire stations to better serve the growing Laveen community.
The property for future Fire Station 73 has been secured. This station will be located at the northwest corner of West Baseline Road and South 67th Avenue. This initiative reflects a proactive approach to address the increasing demands in the area.
Additionally, groundbreaking for Fire Station 74 is scheduled for October 2024. The opening of Fire Station 62 is expected by the end of 2024.
These developments are part of the department's ongoing efforts to enhance safety and emergency response in Phoenix.
