Street Racer Arrested After Fleeing Atlanta Police in Dodge Charger

On Sunday, June 9, 2024, at around 10:45 PM, the Atlanta Police Department's Auto Crimes Enforcement Unit responded to a report of street racers at 1461 Moreland Ave SE. Officers arrived to find a maroon Dodge Charger doing donuts in the parking lot. When officers tried to stop the vehicle, the driver fled but was stopped by a tire deflation device deployed by an A.C.E. Sergeant. The driver, identified as 17-year-old Corbin Connors from Morrow, GA, was arrested without incident and charged with Fleeing and Eluding as well as Reckless driving. Connors was taken to Fulton County Jail following the incident.
